Refund Policy

When you purchase fresh flowers from Ophelia Florals, they will be delivered in their best state at the ideal moment to enjoy them. As the purchaser, you understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be made due to improper flower care or customer’s inability to coordinate delivery.

We will deliver upon the requested date as ordered by the customer. We do not deliver by appointment. It is the customer's responsibility, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient is away for deliveries, unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange.

Flowers are perishable, however we are able to work with you to provide the best experience. Issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — please contact us via email with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.

Flowers require care. Please understand that it is the recipient’s responsibility to water the arrangement immediately upon delivery and each day thereafter.

If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns. If you aren’t sure of your recipient’s tastes, we are more than happy to help create the perfect custom design! Tell us a little background and we’ll take it from there.
